Patients with insurance are responsible for paying their full deductibles based on information they obtain from their insurers. Patients are responsible for paying co-pays, co-insurances and other payments at the time of service.
For patients without insurance or who choose not to use their insurance, a sliding fee scale is available based on the patient’s income. Sliding scale fees will be negotiated at the time of intake and after three months of counseling.
